Have you got the full complement of people with the right knowledge and skills required to produce a winning proposal?

We take the strain and deliver more
Few businesses have sufficient resources to write effective bids. Even with know-how, it’s a mighty task to take on. Your subject matter experts know the products and your business development team know the customer or lead. But who’s able to pull this together into a compelling, high scoring response to a complex request for proposal (RFP)?
Many proposals can miss the mark. They don’t answer the questions accurately, don’t win business, and leave a bad impression for future bidding opportunities.
Involving BiD Masters changes all this.
How we help
Working with your internal team, we start from where you need us. That may be bid planning support to focus your approach or writing and branding the entire proposal.
Whatever you need, we have a flexible team of specialists ready to scale your resources and support your schedule. Collaborating together, you get there faster, submitting a high-quality bid that’s more likely to win the business.
Several clients welcome our Virtual Bid Team call-off support throughout the year. And should you need an offsite space for your team, our training facility doubles as a Temporary Bid Room.
Bid planning support
From receiving the RFP or invitation to tender, we’re here to help you plan your response.
RFPs can be huge documents. Your first task is to understand what information the prospective client wants to receive and how they’d like it structured. From that point, you can plan how to create a compelling response.
We’ve supported countless clients, small and large, at this early stage of bidding. When you can’t see the wood from the trees, we can review the RFP and help you put together a clear plan. This ensures you answer all the questions and assign the right subject matter experts to each section.
Bid composition
Bid management
Once you have a clear plan, somebody must project manage creating the bid to ensure it comes together in the time required. Again, we can step in. Collaborating with your internal team, we keep you on target and iron out any problems that arise.
Bid writing
When it comes to writing your bid, its wise not to rely on your subject matter experts. While fountains of knowledge, they often don’t know how to technically write tenders using persuasive, engaging language.
Our experienced bid writers take the strain from your subject matter experts. Liaising with them to gather content, they craft a high scoring proposal that answers every question. And because they’ve done this many times before, they quickly spot issues to resolve, such as language inconsistencies and response gaps.
Once drafted, we can proofread the entire proposal for you to ensure a professional and accurate response.
Bid design
When you pay attention to how your bid proposal looks, it’s sure to stand out. After all, you only get one chance to make a first impression.
Once you’re happy with the words and content, our design team can create compelling graphics and format your response to ensure it meets every requirement.
This part of our bid creation service really brings your proposal to life. Your final proposal document may be lengthy, so a consistent and engaging design makes it easier to read. And when your prospective client has several proposals to review, this attention to detail matters.
You may be bidding as one organisation or in a consortium that requires fresh branding. Either way, we’ll work with you to create a response you’re proud to submit.
Virtual bid team
Retaining an internal team of bid specialists isn’t viable for most businesses. But when a bid opportunity arises, you need a wide range of skills, often at short notice. That’s why we provide Virtual Bid Teams on a monthly subscription basis.
Having assessed your needs, you decide how much support you may need throughout the year. Meanwhile, we assign your Client Liaison Manager to understand your pipeline and business in more detail.
Our Virtual Bid Teams are ideal for general bid support, process improvement, building your knowledge bank, and helping you create tender documents.
Rest assured, if your initial assessment of support required proves inaccurate, you can request more resources when necessary or roll unused time forward to the following year’s agreement.

You can ask us to get involved in your workshop, or even organise it for you. It can be a smart way to kick-off your response to a major bid.
