We have distilled over two decades of bid experience into our trademarked, best-practice methodology, called REWARD®

 

BiD Masters’ REWARD methodology is a manifestation of our collective intellectual achievement and refined understanding of the competitive tendering profession. As a culture, it continues to develop with evolving best practice.

 

Practice is the repeated exercise in or performance of an activity or skill so as to acquire or maintain proficiency in it and best practice involves adopting the activities that will be most effective.  In other words, practice makes perfect, but perfect evolves.

The competitive tendering process and its accompanying documentation – whether it’s a PQQ, RFP or ITT – has evolved, becoming far more sophisticated. Evaluation is more objective and based on structured criteria. This means BiD Masters’ bid and proposal specialists continue to evolve, too.

We are passionate about maintaining the highest levels of understanding and skill to provide the most current and effective assistance. We believe in keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques employed and incorporating them into our working methodology. 

What is REWARD?

We developed the REWARD six-step methodology and associated tools to set the standard for increasing win probability, while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business development teams. The six-steps are:

  • Recognise the opportunity
  • Examine and evaluate the opportunity
  • Why are we going to win
  • Action Plan
  • Review and refine
  • Derive the benefits and celebrate the achievement

 

REWARD addresses the entire contract capture process through capture planning, bid production and post-submission communications. It has enduring principles, but the application is flexible. to incorporate best practice and align with clients’ existing methods and styles.
