It takes a team of great people to manage the BiD Masters operation. The members of our Hubquarters have decades of experience in a wide range of business activities. They combine to form an immensely strong team that is focussed on the success of our brand, our network members, and our clients.
The founder and CEO, Pete brings a wealth of experience across a number of industries, products and services. A senior business development and marketing professional, Pete has led and supported numerous winning campaigns in a variety of sectors, including: defence, central and local government, transport, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Pete leads the Business Development for the entire Network, using his extensive knowledge of the Bid Profession to ensure the BiD Masters service and products are of the highest quality and meet the customers expectations.
An outstanding track-record in bid support, where Pete provides strategic direction, process management, review and authoring. Served the UK Board of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals as its Professional Development Director. Pete is one of the few independent AWARD evaluation tool specialists.
He served as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force before embarking on a career in business development in 1995. His career includes holding senior positions in Babcock International and Raytheon Systems Ltd. In both of these positions he was responsible for major contract acquisition and operation, including long term PPP/PFI contracts. Many of the projects worked on required a high level of security clearance.
A creative individual with excellent interpersonal skills, both in formal presentations and informal environments. He is accustomed to working at a senior level with multinational customers, consortium partners, and major legal and financial advisors.
When not working Peter can be found in the air, on the water or on the dance floor.
Rhianne is responsible for the operational delivery of the Bid Support contracts, ensuring the appropriate team of Bidmasters are assigned to meet the client’s needs. She achieves this through diligent engagement with both our clients and our network of Bidmasters.
Rhianne achieved a PhD in System Thinking and Communication, which she employs in delivering this role.
Dave has been working in operational delivery for over 20 years, often in very challenging environments. He is a stickler for robust processes, policies and procedures, which he ensures adherence to in a pragmatic way. He joined the board in 2020 to ensure consistency of delivery standards across the BiD Masters Network.
Dave leads the Bid Mastery division, using his expertise as a professional trainer and extensive experience in operational delivery across a range of sectors. He ensures that all training assets are of the highest standard and meet the needs of the learners.
He is an expert trainer in Health and Safety, First Aid and Navigation. He also volunteers as a search leader for Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue.
Chris has had a long association with the company, advising on many projects and acting as the firms accountant in its earlier years. More recently he brought his corporate finance and franchising skills to assist with the development of BiD Masters Network. Following its successful launch he continues to provide advice and guidance to the board as Chairman.
Chris acts as the Commercial Director and leads the Network division, using his extensive knowledge and experience of franchising and licensing of high-end brands. This ensures our network of Bidmasters are professional, consistent, and of the highest standard.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), Chris worked in practice for 31 years until 2007, since then he has been acting as a consultant.
Stacey is responsible for marketing across all three divisions through managing and creating our marketing content.
Stacey is highly qualified for the role, having an MSc in Business Development and Innovation. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and working towards Chartership.
Emily supports the Head of Network in maintaining a suitably trained force of Bidmasters to deliver our clients’ requirements. She support the operations in assigning the right team to the contract.
She also ensures the Network is kept up to date with the company’s activities and arranges related events.
She is skilled in business partnering, strategic planning, channel management, project management, event planning, sustainability and stakeholder management.
Hannah has been the company accountant for many years, not just counting the beans, but also providing sage advice and guidance. As Financial Director, she continues to provide fiscal wisdom to the Leadership Team and across the entire BiD Masters Network.
Both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, she takes pride in not being stereotypical accountant, preferring to be viewed as a new breed within the profession with a fresh outlook and a passion for life, whilst maintaining respect for proven values – honesty, quality and service.
Her passion for life includes her young family and equestrian pursuits.
With a strong background in organisation, administration and over a decade of international experience, Rayne is a professional problem solver.
Drawing on a broad skill set encompassing logical data analysis, system administration, process improvement, project scope and delivery, she has a pragmatic, proactive, professional and service-focused approach.
Kate has comprehensive experience supporting high-level executives, and companies large and small in maintaining their financial records.
She is a diplomatic communicator, especially when managing the credit control.
